신청 전 최소 3년 전에 미국 밖에서 취업되어 관리자 또는 경영자급 직무를 수행한 자로서(Managerial or Executive capacity) 최소 1년 동안 기업체에서 근무하고 있어야 합니다. 그 기업체에서 계속 근무하기 위해 미국에 입국을 하려는 경우 신청할 수 있습니다. | 신청자를 위해 이민을 청원하는 기업체는 최소 1년 이상 영업활동을 한 미국 고용주여야 하며 신청자가 해외에서 근무한 회사와 동일한 회사의 법인 또는 제휴사, 합법적 기관이어야 합니다. |
